Custom License for Engineered Realms

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this modpack and associated documentation files (the "Modpack"), to deal in the Modpack in the ways of using, modifying and sharing, as long as you agree to subject to the following conditions:

  1. Governing Law: This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This license is still active and official outside of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
  2. Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
  3. Non-Commercial: You may not use the Modpack for commercial purposes.
  4. ShareAlike: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
  5. No Warranty: The Modpack is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
  6. Limitations on Liability: In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  7. Termination: This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Modpack in your possession. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.
  8. Modifications: The terms of this license may not be modified except by a written agreement signed by both parties.
  9. Severability: If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  10. Moral Rights: The author retains the right to attribution and the right to object to derogatory treatment of the work.
  11. Duration: Copyright protection shall last for 70 years after the death of the creator, unless ownership is passed on.
